Cline Mann is one of the most beloved Outrigger Canoe Club members and has been a fixture at the Club for 55 years. His recall of Club events is legendary. He chaired the Planning Committee for the new Club site we now occupy and was chair of the Building Committee which oversaw the construction. He served as President in 1994, was a skilled sailor and passed on his skills to a multitude of younger members. Although never a paddler, he helped on more than 25 Molokai to Oahu Canoe races beginning in 1960 and designed change charts for the crews. He was involved in just about every athletic event held at the Club. He is a Winged "O".
