1986 OCC Triathlon
The Triathlon began with the swimmer competing in the 1.2-mile Castle Swim. The swimmer than ran down Canoe Alley to where the bikers waited. The bike portion of the triathlon was 10-mile bike ride to the Arco station in Kahala and back. The last leg was 4.5 mile run around Diamond Head.

Reid Wheelon closed the gap on his relay leg, nearly catching the first place team.
