Workman removes frames from new concrete deck. As part of the parking garage construction, the new decks and the old decks were equipped with a new railing system consisting of tensioned cables stretched between the vertical parking garage pillers. The pillers are close enough together to prevent small children from falling and are somewhat flexible if hit by a car.
