1997 Outrigger Luau
Outrigger Canoe Club President Brant Ackerman welcomed members to the Club's annual Luau.
Henry Ayau and Keith Cockett got the Luau off to a good start with a pule.

Everyone joined hands at the end of the night to sing Hawaii Aloha.

The imu is about to be opened after the pig and other goodies have been steaming for more than 12 hours.
Tarps and gunny sacks are removed.
Sweet potatoes, the pig, some turkeys and other edibles are uncovered steaming in the imu.
The pig is wrapped in wire to make it easier to remove.
