2005 Hamilton Cup Race

Team Hawaii which included three Outrigger Canoe Club members, won the Hamilton Cup Race in Australia. Two weeks later they won the inaugural Across the Sea Outrigger Challenge. They completed the 67-mile race across the Adriatic Sea from Pirano, Slovenia to Venice, Italy in 7:08:14. Outrigger members Jimmy Austin and Karel Tresnak are at the far right on the front row.
