Outrigger entered three crews in the 2013 Molokai Hoe, one open crew, one koa crew in the Leilani and the Boys 18. The Leilani crew finished second in the koa division and the Boys 18s won their division. The open crew finished seventh overall.

Billy Philpotts steers the Leilani in the Molokai Hoe. The Leilani is a great surfing canoe. Unfortunately, the ocean was flat and the OCC crew finished second in the koa division. Paddling are Kevin Allen, Kealakai Hussey, Erik DeRyke, Indar Lange, Steve Haugse and Billy Balding.

The Manu Ula crew finished in seventh place overall with a crew of Simeon Ke Paloma, Bill Pratt, Victor Bovino Agostini, Makena Fernandez, Justin Watts, Heinere Itchner, Travis Grant, Billy Lawson and Jimmy Austin.
