2014 Molokai Hoe
Outrigger Canoe Club entered three open crews, one koa crew and one Junior crew in the 2014 Molokai Hoe from Molokai to Oahu. The crews finished 9th, 57th and 72nd in Open, 1st in Koa, and 2nd in the Junior Division.
2014 Molokai Ho'e
Outrigger's second place Junior crew was: Coach Mike Lum, Noah Deer, Kaiko Manson, Solomon Souki, Walker Bolan, Ke'ea Lum, Kyle Chang, James Freitas, Yuki Sato (kneeling), Paul Goo, and Robert Heckman.
2014 Molokai Ho'e
The recently renovated Grand Dame of koa racing canoes, the Leilani, again showed her fighting spirit. She won her first Molokai race in 1956, and 58 years later Club paddlers won the Koa Division in both the Na Wahine O Ke Kai and the Molokai Hoe in the Leilani.
