One of the best things about the Outrigger Canoe club is the sunsets and the anticipation of seeing the green flash. Member Jan Newhart was taking a photo of the sunset in January from the Club Beach.

When Jan Newhart looked closer at her sunset photo she noticed that she had captured the elusive Green Flash. Jan says she has taken hundreds of photos of sunsets and this is the first time she's ever gotten the flash.
